In a Reiki session, Hannah gently places her hands on or near specific areas of your body, allowing energy to flow where it’s needed most. This subtle yet powerful process restores harmony within your being, helping you feel more centered, peaceful, and aligned with your highest self.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing practice that balances your energy, promotes relaxation, and supports healing on all levels—mind, body, and spirit.

How does Reiki Work?
Reiki works by channeling the universal life force energy to rebalance the body’s natural energy flow and promote healing and well-being for your highest good.
What happens during a session?
Relax, lie down and unwind.

In-Person:
Hannah gently places her hands just above your body along meridian lines and your chakra centres. You remain fully clothed throughout.

Distance:
Hannah uses a substitute to direct the healing to you remotely. The effects are just as powerful as receiving a treatment in person.

What are the benefits of Reiki?
Reiki promotes relaxation and a sense of peace. You may experience tingling, warmth, and you may see colours and shapes. It helps with pain reduction, reduces stress, calms anxiety and emotional distress, aids in better sleep and reduces depressive symptoms.
